Ubiquiti UniFi Certified Partner/Full Stack Professional

Low-voltage systems built to construction standards.

Evolution AV Solutions designs and installs network infrastructure, structured cabling, surveillance, access control and building automation systems — engineered for the field, documented for the owner, and delivered on a general contractor's schedule.

Why Evolution AV

A low-voltage contractor that speaks the language of the jobsite.

Most integrators are IT shops that occasionally show up on a construction site. We come from the other direction — project management on vertical, civil, and water/wastewater construction — and we run our scope the same way we'd expect a subcontractor to run theirs.

UniFi Certified Partner

A Ubiquiti UniFi Certified Partner, credentialed by Ubiquiti Academy as a UniFi Full Stack Professional — network, protect, access and connect. We design to the platform, not around it.

Construction-side fluency

Submittals, shop drawings, schedules of values, pay applications, lien waivers, COIs, O&M manuals and closeout — delivered without being chased.

Critical infrastructure experience

Water and wastewater treatment, SCADA and plant automation networks. We understand control system traffic, segmentation and uptime requirements.

One accountable point of contact

Design through commissioning under a single contract. No finger-pointing between the cabling sub, the IT vendor and the controls integrator.

Capabilities

Four disciplines. One integrated system.

Scoped individually or delivered as a complete package on new construction, renovation and retrofit work.

01 / NETWORK

Network Architecture & UniFi Infrastructure

Enterprise networks designed around the Ubiquiti UniFi platform — engineered for coverage, segmentation and long-term manageability rather than assembled from whatever was in stock.

  • Network design, IP schema and VLAN segmentation
  • UniFi gateways, switching, and PoE distribution
  • Predictive and on-site wireless surveys, AP placement and validation
  • Guest, corporate, IoT and OT network isolation
  • Remote monitoring, firmware lifecycle and managed network support
  • Rack elevations, one-lines and as-built network documentation
02 / CABLING

Structured Cabling & Fiber

The physical layer everything else depends on — installed to standard, tested, certified and labeled so the next person on the job can actually follow it.

  • Cat6 / Cat6A horizontal cabling and station drops
  • Single-mode and multimode fiber backbone, fusion splicing and termination
  • MDF / IDF buildout, racks, ladder, cable management and grounding
  • Outside plant, conduit coordination and building-to-building links
  • Certification testing with printed and digital test result submittals
  • Labeling schemes and cable plant records per project specification
03 / SECURITY

Surveillance & Access Control

Camera and door systems that hold up to an owner's actual operating needs — retention, coverage, credentialing and audit trail — on a platform your staff can run without a specialist.

  • UniFi Protect camera systems, coverage design and retention sizing
  • UniFi Access door controllers, readers, REX and lock hardware coordination
  • Credential management, scheduling and access group design
  • Gate, perimeter and remote site surveillance
  • Intrusion detection and alarm integration
  • Owner training, handover documentation and system turnover
04 / AUTOMATION

Building Automation & Plant Integration

Where the low-voltage network meets the process. We build the communications infrastructure that automation and control systems ride on — and we understand what's on the other end of it.

  • Building automation system network infrastructure
  • SCADA and plant control network design and integration support
  • Control panel networking, managed switches and industrial media conversion
  • Remote site connectivity, telemetry links and point-to-point wireless
  • OT/IT segmentation and secure remote access architecture
  • Startup, commissioning support and operator training
How We Work

Run like a subcontract, not a service call.

Every project follows the same sequence, whether it's a twelve-drop tenant finish-out or a treatment plant network. You'll know what's coming and when it's due.

Scope & Design

Plan and spec review, site walk, coverage analysis, and a design package that answers the specification section by section.

Submittals

Product data, shop drawings, rack elevations and one-lines submitted for approval before a single box is ordered.

Install

Rough-in coordinated with the trades, trim-out to schedule, work kept clean and inspectable at every stage.

Test & Commission

Certification testing, functional verification, punch resolution and documented startup with the owner present.

Closeout

As-builts, O&M manuals, warranty letters, credentials handover and operator training — delivered complete.

Markets Served

Where our work lives.

Water & Wastewater

Treatment plants, lift stations, ground storage and remote telemetry sites. Control networks, plant surveillance and site security.

Municipal & Public

City facilities, utility districts, public works buildings and districts working under public bid and procurement requirements.

Commercial & Office

Tenant finish-out, ground-up commercial, multi-building campuses, warehouse and light industrial facilities.

Industrial & Process

Manufacturing floors, control rooms and process facilities where OT networks and IT networks have to coexist safely.

Residential & Estate

Custom homes, ranches and multi-structure properties needing whole-property WiFi, cameras, gates and access control.

General Contractors

We subcontract cleanly. Bid-day pricing, prequalification packages, COIs, bonds and pay applications handled the way you expect.

About

Built by a project manager, not a parts counter.

Evolution AV Solutions, LLC is a Texas low-voltage systems contractor based in College Station, serving the Brazos Valley and projects across the state.

The company's founder draws from extensive experience in project management, performing and managing complex vertical, civil, and water and wastewater construction — including treatment plant work where networking systems, SCADA architecture, plant automation and controls are part of the daily conversation. That background shapes how we operate: schedules are real, submittals arrive on time, and the documentation an owner receives at closeout is complete.

We standardize on Ubiquiti UniFi across network, surveillance and access control, and we hold UniFi Certified Partner status with the manufacturer. It's a deliberate choice — one platform, one interface, no per-door or per-camera licensing, and an owner's maintenance staff can actually operate it after we leave. Where a project specification calls for something else, we'll engineer to the spec and say so plainly.

Whether you're a general contractor looking for a low-voltage sub who won't hold up your schedule, an owner planning a facility, or a district building out a plant — we'd like to look at your drawings.
